We couldn’t be more excited to spotlight the standouts in cybersecurity marketing at the 2024 Marquee Awards at CyberMarketingCon! These awards pay tribute to the people, teams, and organizations behind the most innovative and impactful campaigns in cybersecurity. They also honor the leaders and mentors who champion others to reach new milestones and the vendors who help cybersecurity marketers improve their strategies and GTM. Together, we celebrate the creativity, collaboration, and passion that are the driving forces of our industry—paving the way for a bright and successful future!

Giving Back to the Local Community During the Marquee Awards 

During the Marquee Awards at CyberMarketingCon, we celebrate marketing excellence and our commitment to giving back to the community. In 2024, we partnered with two incredibly impactful charities: Fostering Hope from Philadelphia, PA, which provides invaluable support to foster kids and their families, and Raices Cyber Org, an organization dedicated to promoting diversity in cybersecurity and empowering more Latinx individuals to enter the industry. 

All proceeds collected from award nomination submissions were donated to these charities. Additionally, post-event surveys were incentivized with further donations. More than $6,000 were distributed, ensuring that our celebration contributes to both highlight amazing community members but also give back and help create meaningful change in the lives of those in need!

Fostering Hope is a nonprofit organization led by volunteers that supports children in the foster care system.

Raíces Cyber is a mission-driven organization that advocates for the representation and empowerment of Hispanic and Latino professionals in cybersecurity and technology.

Here are The 2024 Marquee Award Winners: Outstanding Marketers

Best New-to-Cyber Talent – Bruno Baldo, Growth Lead, Rainforest Technologies

Bruno Baldo is shaking things up in cybersecurity and snagged the Marquee Award for Best New-to-Cyber Talent! As the Growth Lead at Rainforest Technologies, he’s been doing an amazing job boosting the company’s profile and sparking conversations in Brazil. By fostering laid-back, open discussions among Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Bruno is making a big impact on industry norms. His commitment to building real connections among vendors, customers, integrators, and resellers is super important for the growth of our cybersecurity community. With his fresh ideas and energy, Bruno is changing the game in cybersecurity marketing and inspiring us all. We can’t wait to see what he does next!

Best 1-Person Marketing Team – Laura Galyer, Marketing Director, DigitalXRAID

Laura Galyer is an outstanding marketing leader who has significantly impacted DigitalXRAID, earning her the Marquee Award for Best One-Person Marketing Team! Since becoming Marketing Director in November 2021, she has transformed the marketing function into a high-performance engine that drives revenue growth. Laura revamped the marketing strategy, resulting in a 203% increase in marketing-sourced pipeline deals within her first year. Her focus on the Security Operations Centre (SOC) services has established DigitalXRAID as a leader in cybersecurity solutions, contributing to a 57% rise in related pipeline deals. This past year, she organized 14 events and created 25 case studies, with marketing-sourced deals making up 56% of the company’s new business revenue! Laura’s innovative approach has redefined the capabilities of a one-person marketing team, making her an ideal recipient of this award!

Future Leader Award – Moriah Diedrich, Demand Gen Manager, BforeAI

Moriah is a remarkable rising star in marketing. She is the 2024 winner of the Future Lead Award at the Marquee Awards. As the Demand Generation Manager at BforeAI, she was impressed with her professionalism and understanding of marketing strategies early in her career. Her initiative, thoughtful questions, and impact on the company—training new sales executives and crafting strategic campaigns—show her natural leadership abilities. With her exceptional skills and determination, Moriah has a bright future ahead in marketing, and we’re excited to see her journey unfold!

Marketing Mentor of the Year – Kelly O'Dwyer-Manuel, Head of Global Industry Analyst Relations, NXP Semiconductors

We love Kelly! Kelly is an inspiring mentor whose impact is recognized by the Marquee Award. From the start, she warmly embraced her mentee (who submitted the nomination), creating a supportive environment for questions and growth. Her encouragement has guided new professionals in marketing and cybersecurity, ensuring they feel truly supported. 

Kelly helps her mentee think critically about their career, encouraging the discovery of new passions, like PR. Best CMO/Head of Marketing – Cami Ragano, CMO

We're thrilled to celebrate Cami, the incredible Head of Marketing at TryHackMe, who has been honored with the Best CMO of the Year Award at the Marquee Awards! Her outstanding leadership has transformed her marketing strategy, leading to fantastic growth and significantly boosting brand awareness. Cami’s innovative campaigns resonate deeply with users and businesses alike. Product Launch of the Year – "My Song Review," Sevco Team + Nez & Pez

The Product Launch of the Year Marquee Award at CyberMarketingCon 2024 goes to the Sevco Team in collaboration with their creative agency, Nez & Pez, for their groundbreaking campaign, “Song My Review.” This innovative launch transformed authentic customer testimonials into genre-defying musical hits, combining sonic AI with human creativity. By using the customers' words verbatim in the lyrics, the campaign effectively highlighted the true benefits of the Sevco platform. Each song was crafted with just enough melodic enhancements to elevate the reviewers’ experiences while remaining authentic. Promoted through music streaming platforms and LinkedIn, this inventive approach engaged audiences and set a new standard for leveraging customer feedback as a powerful marketing tool.

Funniest Marketer – Bronwen Hudson, Marketing Lead, Reveal Risk

The Funniest Marketer Marquee Award at CyberMarketingCon goes to the extraordinary Bronwen! Her incredible talent for blending humor with savvy marketing strategies makes her well-deserving of this year’s award. Bronwen’s engaging approach resonates deeply with her audience, consistently delivering valuable insights in a relatable way. By courageously incorporating levity into her work (which we often shy away from in this industry), she inspires everyone to be more authentic. Marvelous Cyber Pets of the Year – Ollie, Cocolino, Arthur Ashe, Oakley

At this year's Cyber Pet of the Year Marquee Award at CyberMarketingCon, we proudly showcased our cutest pet winners, and they stole the show! Meet Ollie, the quintessential good boy whose heartwarming antics win over everyone he meets. Next up is Cocolino, the feline with a flair for the dramatic—a true panther at heart, he's on a daring mission to scale walls and hunt down every box while blending seamlessly into the closet shadows. Then there's Arthur Ashe, the lovable giant schnauzer who’s all about cuddles. Despite his size, he’s a gentle giant with a fierce protective streak, especially when guarding his family from the dreaded mailperson! Finally, we have Oakley, the adorable golden doodle who’s as cuddly as he is cheeky. Spoiled and adored, he never hesitates to voice his opinions, especially during playtime with Arthur Ashe, his cousin and partner in puppy adventures.
